Project Definition

MCM Systems works with our customers to completely define the project. Process flow diagrams, P&ID's, and functional specifications are developed and reviewed with our customers before any design or programming begins.

Detail Design

Electrical power and I/O schematics, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams are developed. Panel layouts and wire-run lists are developed and reviewed with our customers to insure that the fabrication and installation progresses smoothly.

Programming

Ladder logic, Structured Text, Sequential Flow Chart, VisualBasic, HMI/SCADA scripting, SQL scripting. All forms of control and database logic are developed. All programming is checked and validated prior to shipment.

Fabrication

Completely assembled and wired control panels. Pneumatic and hydraulic assembly and piping is completed. The panel fabrication is checked for Point-to-Point wiring integrity as well as for functionally prior to shipment.

Installation

Electrical and pneumatic installation is performed at the client's site. Field mounting of panels and instruments and terminations are made and checked prior to any system testing. All control system I/O is verified and calibrated.

Callibration

All instrumentation is calibrated as part of the initial system installation. The instrumentation can also be calibrated, including documentation, as an ongoing service.

Service Contracts

Customized service contracts are available to insure that our customers receive a rapid response to any production problem or maintenance issue. Service Contracts cover MCM provided systems as well as legacy systems.
